  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell New Holland Tractors and Farm Machinery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the agricultural industry.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of New Holland Tractors and equipment.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural or machinery industry.

Parts Person

Murphy’s Motors require a parts person who will be responsible for maintaining and selling parts and providing superior levels of customer service.


  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all parts bought and sold
  • Any other reasonable duty as requested by the Directors
  • Achieve personal and company sales targets
  • Liaise with the After Sales department
  • Manage daily paperwork and administration
  • Use marketing material provided by New Holland to promote parts specials
  • Conduct daily stock control checks
  • A technical/farming background would be a distinct advantage

Accounts Executive (Part time)


Financial Record Keeping: for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including balance the daily transactions for all departments.
Accounts Payable: Managing the accounts payable process by processing invoices and verifying expenses.
Accounts Receivable: Managing accounts receivable, which involves tracking customer payments, generating invoices, and following up on overdue payments.
Auditing: Assisting with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation, and ensuring that accounting practices conform to regulatory standards.

Agricultural Mechanic

Based between our outlets in Glenmore and Cillín Hill, this is an exciting opportunity for a mechanic to further their career.

The ideal candidate will:

Quality Engineering Specialist – Standardization and Certification


Monitoring Fleet: Constantly monitor the fleet of Telematic New Holland Tractors deployed in the field using telematics systems and monitoring tools.
Error Code Identification: Analyse telematic data to identify error codes and other issues with the tractors’ performance and functionality.
Customer Communication: Contact the customer promptly to inform them of the quality issue and explain the problem in clear, understandable terms.
Part Ordering: Determine the necessary replacement parts or updates required to fix the identified issues and initiate the ordering process.
Collaboration with Service Manager: Collaborate closely with the Service Manager to facilitate the coordination of field technicians for scheduling visits to the customer’s location for tractor repair or software updates.
Warranty Processing: When the fix is identified, process the warranty documentation process online, ensuring all necessary paperwork and information are submitted to New Holland.
Quality Control: Conduct quality assessments of the repaired or updated tractors to ensure they meet New Holland’s standards.
Customer Satisfaction: Follow up with customers after the service to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Inform the manufacturer of any identified defects in the tractor’s quality for further evaluation and improvement.


Quality Engineering: Understanding of quality control and assurance processes, including standardization and certification requirements.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to customers in a clear and friendly manner.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose tractor issues accurately and determine appropriate solutions with quality and notify New Holland of the defect through the correct procedures.
