It is primarily designed for even distribution of crop residues after harvest and for stimulating the emergence of volunteer plants. However, it can also be used during light spring soil cultivation, aeration of cereals or permanent grassland, including the option of fertilisation or seeding catch crops in one pass.

SIX ROWS OF TINES

Intense aeration and even distribution.

The STRIEGEL-PRO PE trailed straw harrow is equipped with a six-row tine section. The working angle of the tines can be set comfortably from the tractor cabin. The angle of the last two rows can be adjusted individually (mechanically).

INDEPENDENT SUSPENSION OF THE SECTIONS

Perfect terrain contouring in any conditions.

The individual sections of the working width (four sections with three metres of working width each) are mounted on the machine frame using an independent suspension of the sections. This well-proven design ensures perfect terrain contouring and maintaining the set working depth along the entire working width of the machine.

FRONT EQUIPMENT

A wide range of equipment for optimal machine adjustment.

Crush bar levelling bar

The hydraulically controlled Crushbar levelling bar is especially suitable for spring soil cultivation, initial surface levelling, and breaking the rough furrow. The individual leveller boards are reinforced and 80 mm wide. The Crushbar is easily controlled using the hydraulic circuit from the comfort of the cabin.

Cutting TURBO coulters

The specially shaped TURBO coulter is made of a cutting disc with a sharp edge that easily penetrates soil. The coulter only brings a small amount of soil up. The sharp edge is suitable for reducing the stalk length of cereals, oilseeds, or for aerating grassland.

TELESCOPIC SIDE RODS

Stabilising side frames even at high working speed.

The telescopic rods stabilise the side frames not only when turning, but also at higher working speed. It is the basic equipment of the STRIEGEL-PRO PE straw harrow.

ALFA DRILL SEEDER

Establishing catch crop in one pass.

The STRIEGEL-PRO PE trailed straw harrow can be equipped with the BEDNAR ALFA DRILL seeder for seeding catch crop, small-seed crop, or for microgranulate placement during the management of crop residues. The time and fuel savings are considerable. The seeder has a capacity of 800 litres.

LONG-LIFE TINES

Up to 10 times longer service life than the standard version.

The tines may get worn faster especially when working in stubble fields in the dry season, therefore, we recommend equipping the straw harrow with LONG LIFE tines that have carbide tips. The LONG LIFE tines have a longer service life. The quality of work does not change in relation to the wear when using the LONG LIFE tines.

COMPACT DIMENSIONS

Safe and easy transport.

The wide working width straw harrow STRIEGEL-PRO PE can be easily folded into the transport position from the tractor cabin. The fully hydraulic folding of the working sections forward to the drawbar provides the machine with very compact transport dimensions and the machine thus meets the safe transport width of 3 metres and the height of 4 metres.
