A MOUNTED TINE CULTIVATOR FOR INTENSE SEEDBED PREPARATION
The VERSATILL VN_L mounted cultivator is a light tine cultivator designed primarily for seedbed preparation, but it is also suitable for shallow stubble cultivation after harvest, up to a depth of 10 centimeters, particularly in lighter soils. Its compact dimensions, combined with a convenient weight, make it possible to connect with small tractors starting at 100 horsepower.

WORKING TINES IN FOUR ROWS
Intense and quality seedbed preparation.
The VERSATILL VN_L mounted cultivator has individual working tines arranged in four rows. The spacing between the individual tines is 15 centimetres. These technical parameters enable the machine to achieve excellent undercutting of the soil profile and mixing crop residues with soil.
A PROPERLY DESIGNED CONCEPT
Ideal for the creation of a fine seedbed structure.
VERSATILL VN_L is also suitable for early spring seedbed preparation thanks to its light, but durable construction. Four rows of tines can be equipped with various types of points or shares. The main working section is followed with a packer that crumbles and closes the soil profile. The harrow provides the final even distribution of soil particles.
VARIOUS TYPES OF TINES
Standard or reinforced.
The VERSATILL VN_L mounted tine cultivator is equipped with the “Standard” tines (vibration, single-spring tines). These tines are suitable for lighter types of soil. In the case of heavier soils and frequent use of the machine for shallow cultivation of up to 10 cm, we recommend using the reinforced tines (reinforced, two-spring vibration Hercules tines).
POINTS OR SHARES?
Choose the ideal equipment for stubble cultivation or seedbed preparation.
Tines can be equipped with shares or points according to the expected field work. The 200-mm share guarantees 100% overlap. The LONG-LIFE 200-mm share has carbide cutting edges that increase its durability. The 60 mm double-sided points are suitable for early spring seedbed preparation or stubble cultivation in lighter soils. We also offer 50 mm LONG LIFE points with carbide cutting edges.
HYDRAULICALLY-CONTROLLED LEVELLING BAR
A perfectly prepared field in one pass.
Driving across the field should be kept to minimum especially during spring cultivation, in order to preserve winter moisture in soil. The VERSATILL VN_L mounted tine cultivator can be equipped with the hydraulically-controlled Crushbar, mounted in the front, with a comfortable control of the working angle from the tractor cabin during work.
MECHANICAL OR HYDRAULIC CONTROL
Easy working depth adjustment.
As a customer, you can choose from two types of working depth control. The working depth is set mechanically (standard equipment), or VERSATILL VN_L can be equipped with the highly comfortable hydraulic working depth adjustment from the comfort of the tractor cabin.
SUPPORT SIDE FRAME WHEELS
Provide excellent terrain contouring.
The side frames of the VERSATILL VN_L mounted tine cultivator can be equipped with support wheels for perfect terrain contouring on request. They help cultivate the field along the entire width of the machine evenly at the set working depth.
